Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Hoppers Crossing Sports Club Inc (Club) will be held, Wednesday 22 April 2026, commencing at 7.00pm, in the Community Rooms at the Hoppers Crossing Sports Club at Hogans Road Reserve, 56-84 Hogans Road, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria, 3029.

2. Apologies
3. To receive and consider the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 2 April 2025.
4. To receive and consider the Annual Report for the 12 months ended 31 October 2025.
5. To receive and consider the Financial Statements for the 12 months ended 31 October 2025 and the Reports of the Directors and auditors for the 12 months ended 31 October 2025.
6. Confirmation of Election of Directors of the Association
7. Any other general business of which due notice has been given in accordance with the rules of the association - Nil
