Members Coronavirus Letter

Dear Member, 

The impacts of Coronavirus are unprecedented and continue to evolve on a daily basis. Among the many impacts, your ability to come to the club has been affected. We appreciate the need for flexibility during this time and the importance of preserving the member benefits that you’ve earned through your loyalty to us. 

To give you one less thing to worry about right now, if you’re eligible, your ClubMix loyalty status will automatically be extended for 12 months, accurate as at 1st of April 2020. 

We will continue to send you birthday cards and add the points value to your account.

We are developing some exciting new benefits for all our members which will be introduced shortly after reopening. 

I would like to thank our members for their continued support through phone calls and social media during this difficult time.
